Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not charge cancellation amount if customer cancel any booking 72 hours before booking date & time, Minimum cancellation charge 20% of bill amount. Customer can cancel their order within 10 minutes of booking for same dated orders, after 10 Minutes of booking no refund will be processed for professional Consultation services. All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by Astrologermadhuri.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a single order.
